HipAcademy is not a new phrase in Nigeria's entertainment industry, originally stationed in Adamawa State. For few yes now, the brand, HipAcademy has been working tirelessly in breeding new talents with the hope that they would have a space to express themselves through their artistry someday in the global entertainment sphere. 

The label in January signed their third musical act, BoiSid; an Afro hip-hop intertwined artiste from the state. To showcase his ability to the world the youngster with permission from his label decided to dish out this good soft vibes for the ladies entitled "Bad Girl".

A sensational Vocalist, Producer & Songwriter *Mykebou* whose real name is *Michael V Bolgent* was born in Michika on April 10th, instantly became interested in stardom while singing in church Sunday school since the tender age of 9. Growing up, he listened to the music of Kirk Franklyn, R Kelly, Brandy, Mary-Mary, Usher, Whitney Houston, who added to his roster of inspirations, they all helped develop his ear for creating a well written song, first by learning to enhance his voice into different variations of tones and vibratos.
